Master Mindset
Learn how to DREAM BIG by creating your dream statement, vision board and boldly declare who you are.

Foundations of Acting
There are 12 lessons that cover a variety of acting tools and techniques, PLUS the business side of acting. Each lesson is taught live, recorded and includes an outline, downloadable material, assignments and next steps.

Weekly Group Coaching
Every week there will be a 2+ hour live coaching session where all students are encouraged to attend. During these live coaching calls, students will present their material and assignments from each lesson. They will be coached directly by Kelsey Jimenez, Founder of Reflect the Dream, and receive constructive feedback from their fellow classmates. There will also be guest coaches to provide additional feedback.

Masterclasses
Every month a mentor or specialized coach will teach a live master's class that will be recorded for future views. Subjects include: script analysis, source work, dialects, Shakespeare, voice over, famous acting techniques, and more!

1:1 Sessions
In addition to the weekly group coaching, students will receive private sessions in acting, business, and mindset. These 1:1 sessions are taught by REAL experts in the field, including professional narrators & VO actors, casting directors, Mind Renewal Coaches, actors in Hollywood, and more!

Become the CEO of Your Acting Career
Students will learn everything they need to know to step out into the world as a highly-successful, sought-after actor and CEO of their business. Topics taught include: audition prep and etiquette, self-tape and virtual auditions, how to market yourself, building resumes, what directors expect, how to make the best first impressions, who's who in the industry and so much more!

The first thing students master at RTD is identity: Who Am I. The mindset classes will reveal to you who you truly are and you will boldly declare it! As a student at RTD, you will master over 50 acting tools and techniques.You will work on a variety of materials including: film/ TV scripts, monologues, commercials, VO, audiobooks, etc. Your skills will be enhanced through private 1:1 lessons.
